CLC Ltd is a training and consultancy organisation that delivers interactive, engaging, personalised programmes across the globe. Expertise includes leadership training and consultancy, equality and diversity and leadership training and marketing and sales consultancy.
Claire began her career in Telesales in the early 90’s and spent 12 years in Sales, Recruitment and Training. She then joined Capita Learning Services where she managed a team of 25+ trainers across Europe; designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions to both public and private sector clients. Claire is now Managing Director of Claire Liane Creative Ltd. She offers bespoke design and delivery of learning interventions and also specialist Consultancy in areas such as Talent Resourcing, Performance Management and Personal and Professional Development. An ILM and CMI Level 5 approved Trainer, she also delivers Apprenticeships and Graduate Programmes and recently has developed her own personal product called the SKYS Programme.
